AutomatR Account Registration

AutomatR Studio encapsulates both simple and complex solutions for application integration and automating third-party applications, administrative IT tasks, and business IT processes.

Studio is at the heart of automation with AotomatR products. Activities form into comprehensive workflows in Studio, which are then executed by the AutomatR Bot and published to AutomatR Orchestrator.

Getting Started with AutomatR registration process

Step 1: User Registration Form

  1. Go to the registration page on the AutomatR website.

  2. You will see a user registration form with the following fields:

    a. User Name/Email Id: Enter your desired username or a valid email address. This will be used for logging in and receiving account-related notifications.

    b. Name: Enter your company name.

    c. Website: Enter the URL of your company website.

    d. Phone Number: Search your country from the dropdown menu and provide a valid phone number where you can be reached for account-related communication.

    e. Country: Choose your country from a dropdown menu with a list of available options.

    f. Company Address: Provide the contact address of your company or organization. This field is optional.

  3. Click on Copy to Contact option to use the same name, email and phone number details.

  4. Ensure all required fields are filled in before proceeding and click on the Proceed button.

  5. If there are any validation errors, the field displays an appropriate error messages and prompt the user to correct them.

Step 2: Validation

  1. Ensure that all required fields are filled in before proceeding. Display appropriate error messages if any required fields are left blank.

  2. Validate the User Name/Email Id to be in a valid email format.

  3. Validate the Phone Number to contain only numbers and be of the correct format for the selected country.

Step 3: Account Verification

Check the email and phone for OTPs to continue further with the verification process.

  1. Enter the account verification Email OTP from the user's provided email address.

  2. Enter the account verification Phone OTP from the user's provided phone number.

  3. Enter the Password and Confirm Password.

  4. Click Verify to verify the account and activate it.

Step 4: Confirmation Message

  1. After successfully submitting the registration form (and verifying the account), a confirmation message or notification is displayed to the user. Provide a clear indication that their registration was successful and that they can now log in to the website using their credentials.

  2. The user will recieve a mail showing a successful registration message with a login URL. Click on the login URL link in the email which navigates you to the AutomatR Login page.

  3. The user can log in to the website using their User Name/Email Id and chosen password.
